Roku TV Guest Mode
The TVs use Roku Guest Mode. Sign in with your own streaming accounts. Everything is cleared automatically when you leave.
Automatic sign-out: 11:00 a.m. on the date you select. The time can't be changed.
1. Choose your checkout date
Turn on the TV. At the Guest Mode welcome screen, press OK. Use the arrows to select your checkout date, press OK, then select Checkout to confirm.
2. Find an app and start watching
Press Home to see the Roku home screen. Highlight an app with the arrows and press OK to open it. Sign in with your own streaming account when prompted, or enjoy free content in The Roku Channel.
3. Add an app if needed
From Home, use Search or browse Store / Streaming Channels. Choose an app and select Add app / Add channel. Open it from the home screen and follow its sign-in prompts. Menu wording may vary.
Remote tips: Back returns to the previous screen. Play/Pause controls playback.
Change your date or sign out early
Press Home and select Guest Options / Guest Mode Options.
- Change the automatic sign-out date: choose a new date and confirm with Checkout.
- Sign out and clear your info: select it and confirm when leaving early.
Signing out removes your logins and added apps. Turning the TV off does not sign you out. Forgot to sign out after leaving early? Contact the property manager.
Purchases in signed-in apps may charge your account. For help, or if the Guest Mode screen is missing, contact the property manager. Instructions adapted from Roku Support.
